Hello everyone! Here I’m going to write down some of the best events that happened on Drachenfest 07 :D

My character was a huntress. So my major weapon was a bow and arrows.
On the very first In-Time day (In-Time means you’re playing in your character. Out-Time would be the normal life!) one of our leaders told us to gather so we can go out and break into the chopper camp.
Let me explain everything to you first.

Drachenfest is a huge capture-the-flag-like roleplaying game. If you don’t know what LARP is, go and read wickipedia :D
It’s about some dragons that fight each others and for that, they use the people. Every dragon has its avatar. A person representing the dragon. Avatar can only be killed by other avatars and cannot be harmed by normal people.
Every camp has its flag. And the mayor goal is to get the flags of the other camps because in the end, only camps with one or more flags can win the final battle.
And only a camp that has at least its own flag can take in other camps. That’s about it. So… further with the story:

So one of our leaders had the idea to get the chopper flag so we all went out to get it. Yes… we ALL went out.
I did ask the person next to me: Who is gonna defend our camp when we’re gone’
But he just looked at me. Guess he knew I was right. Anyway.. we went out and had to fight the gray force. On our way back we saw our flag in the black camp… xD
I was like: -.- I SO knew it…
Well the green camp was there too and we asked what they wanted. They said they would like to have the black flag. And we wanted our flag back. So we took it back together. ^-^v

On the very next morning at 6am, the red camp went out, surprised the orc-camp and took their flag. xD I guess we took the orc flag because the orcs would want to get it back. And let me be honest… alltho they play the ‘bad’ guys, the orcs were the best and fairest players there were! Wich ment: LOADS of fun when we have their flag XD

Sooooo XD soon after our main force went out to get the gray flag or whatever (I stayed at our camp so I couldn’t tell) I went outside our camp to scout the situation. Suddenly… orcs appeared. First 10… than 30… 60… XD
I was like: O.o *counts* must be… 50… no 70… ok… ALL xD
So I ran back to our camp and told them. We only were about 20 people… So I took my bow and ran off to the green camp and yelled: “Thou who serve the green dragon! The red camp is under attack! We shall ask thee for help!”
The scouter yelled back: “What shall offer thee in return?”
And I answered: “If thou help us, than we shall help thee as well!”
(sorry for the lame old English. I used an old German to talk :D wanted to make it sound more… posy)
But then our camp got attack and I had to ran back. I fell the orcs right into their backs and shot a few of them (maybe 3, can’t remember) as they finally saw me and about 15 of them started to charge towards me.
XD I just thought: ZOMG I gonna die D: … but I kept standing there.. shortly before they arrived, about 30 fighters of the green camp passed me and attacked the orcs before they reached me. XD I was saved!!!! D:
Shortly after the green joined us in battle, our main force returned and we destroyed most of the orcs :D FUN. But when I got back I heard some of our fighters screaming for help. I turned around and saw about 10 of my people attacking one single Orc. I was like: Wtf? Oo
And I shot the Orc, striked his left shoulder. He just grumbled, looked down at the arrow, looked up at me and started to walk towards me xD
I said: “Hey! He’s not even playing his injury!”, as the girl next to me said:
“Oy! Look! It’s the orc-avatar!”
I just… was like: o_o avatar? O_O AVATAR???? *runs for her life because avatars can’t be harmed by normal players*

Hahahahah! This scene with the orc avatar was SO epic! XD I will never forget that! Since that moment I sure made HUUUUUGE circles around him xD haha

The second cool scene I had was one or two days after the first. Right after the fight against the orcs, the red Avatar and the green Avatar made up an contract that made us allies! It was so awesome :D the two strongest forces together!
So.. when suddenly one of the strongest camps went out to take in the green camp.. we had to get outside to fight. Our warleader told all archers to stay inside the camp. But I felt like fighting :D so I went out anyway.

So… when the enemies saw us, they went to attack us. I shot many times.. striked quite good! But suddenly, one of the Normans saw me and yelled:
“ARCHER!!!!!”
he broke through our shield forces and ran toward me after I striked his shoulder. I guess he was a berserk XD
So.. he ran toward me and I knew: there is NO way I can escape.. so I took another arrow and striked him again, got hit by his huge weapon twice and fell with a loud scream. xD he fell too. Allthough he had a lot of armour, two arrows are enough to kill almost everyone! He fell right next to me and said:
“Nice shot!”
And I was like: lawl! xD

So… I went back to the camp after a reborn in the Limbus. And suddenly a few of our archers came and told me how great I was :D I felt so proud T^To I always thought I would be intiretly useless… They told me how epic it looked when the berserk charged at me and how brave I took a final shot :D haha.

So… my facit: LARP is awesome! And I so gonna do it more often! >3<

At work, I drew a few very small doodles for new pictures.

I did try out a few weird designes and the two I circled are my favorite ones. I did allready start to draw them on DinA3 paper. I don't know when I will have the time to finish the outlines.

But it won't take a lot longer I guess.^^

Final exams almost over...

...and I have NO idea if I passed or not.
There's only one test left I can't really fail.. but the two I had today really give me creeps =(

Anyway.. I feel my inspiration coming back very slowly.. I found my most favorite artistic brush again I used to use in photoshop =)
So niiiice.

I will submit all sketches I do here. So keep up.

Wohoooo...
First of a few Photoshop sketches I do.
It's nothing big or speciall. I am simply using normal brushes and a few more colours than I am used to.

it's for practice only. But I love how it turned out <3

As I said... simple use of a few brush strokes. I tryed to add in some details alltho it's just speed-paint.

Ok, enough of the whining in my blog. Let's do some art!

After I have a very long break now, I still can't draw a lot in my free time.
My apprentiship is finished soon, then I will have more time.

As for now...
All I can do are a few skecthes and concepts.
So... here you will find updates more than once a week I hope. With a few new sketches and stuff!
